| #4 This is exactly right. A friend of mine used to say about states that "abolished" the death penalty that they hadn't really abolished it--they had just outsourced it to the private sector. |

| #3 So they give the power of life and death to the sociopaths of their population. Cause you can be certain, the executions on the streets, in the homes, in the businesses and even in the schools will not stop. The state is less to be afraid of than the predators that walk among you. |

| #1 Not surprised, Virginia is called "Little California" or "California East", in some circles. More West Coast follies to come, where are my pretzels and beer - roll out the barrel, we'll have a barrel of "fun". Watch the murder rate shot up Chicagoland style, taxpayers on the hook to keep these murderous criminals in prison for life. |
