#2 I am past caring what my own government supports, but for the sake of Asia, I am with the junta. Suu Kyi was indifferent to and simply stood out of the war against islamics, namely Rohingya rebels. It is only the military that can keep them on a steady population decline. The rest of the liberal islamophile world wants to stamp Myanmar with its own shitty 'Democracy Applied' label. A totalitarian, militarized State is actually a model south Asian societies could all benefit from. But that's just my own view. |
