| #3 That’s merely ruching, Anomalous Sources, much less demanding to create than pleats. Pleats have to be precisely pinned, then ironed, and then sewn down, whereas ruching involves quickly sewing two straight seams, then pulling on one end of the thread to scrunch the fabric together more or less kinda evenly. |
