[FoxNews] Jaime Osuna, a self-described Satanist, was wearing a necklace made of the dead man's body parts when guards found him, a report says.
He was moved to a psychiatric prison after Romero's murder and diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder, borderline personality disorder and schizophrenia, according to the Times. He has been ruled incompetent to stand trial for the alleged murder.
This is the tale of two gang members who briefly were in one prison cell. Both were in prison for murder — both, as it turned out, for life. Jaime hung a sheet up so guards making rounds wouldn’t see what he was doing behind the bars to Luis Romero with his homemade knife. Possibly the guards didn’t notice, possibly they didn’t make rounds. The investigation was so poorly done that there is no record of what happened while Jaime got on with his grisly work back in 2019. |
