| #2 Looks like the low level entrance ramps to the West Park Tollway in Houston. It has flood stage markers that go to 20 feet. (Me, I'da stopped at 6 feet because, after that, who cares?) Also, putting flood pumps down in the flood zone, ala New Orleans, is just brilliant. |
