| #1 He was not swearing. The "swear" word in context was clean speech that meant that a person should be relegated to a form of ultimate doom. To "swear" is to simply use the word as an outburst of frustration. Many churches actually use that word during sermons to describe what happens to non-believers but and is not considered a swear word but a verb describing a final form of judgement from God. |
