#2  Facebook (aka Zuckerberg) love to banish individuals or groups it deems need banishing. Let them be banished so they see it works both ways.

Let's say Facebook is guilty of all that is presented.

Should FB be labeled a Terrorist propaganda media outlet and shutdown?

Or should a set of INTERNATIONAL LAWS be developed and Apply to prevent such assisted mayhem in the future?
