According to news agency KNO, the accused Ishfaq Ahmed Wani, resident of Srinagar and Umar Bhat resident of Sopore were held in a case related to conspiracy for undertaking
NIA had registered the case as RC 29/2021/NIA/DLI) dated 10 October 2021 and initiated the investigation.
So far, a total of 25 accused persons have been arrested in this case by NIA.
NIA said that the preliminary investigation has revealed that arrested accused persons are bully boy associates/OGW (Over Ground Worker)
