- Updated lawsuit includes transcription of 911 call in which San Marcos police officials are heard saying they won't escort the bus after it entered jurisdiction
- Matt Daenzer, a corporal with San Marcos police, allegedly told dispatcher: ‘We will “close patrol” that, but we’re not going to escort a bus’
- One of those on board the bus tells the dispatcher: 'They've cut in on me multiple times. They've threatened my life on multiple occasions with vehicular collision'
- There were no injuries as a result of the incident, which received a lot of attention, including from then-President Donald Trump
- Trump criticized the FBI at the time after the agency said it was investigating the incident
- At one point, one of the pickups collided with an SUV behind the bus, which was traveling from San Antonio to Austin
