  • Kirill Zhalo, 35, found dead outside the Russian embassy in Berlin on October 19

  • Zhalo was found by guards at 7.20am after apparently falling from an upper floor

  • But no cause of death was given because the embassy refused an autopsy, and German prosecutors cannot investigate due to Zhalo's diplomatic status

  • Zhalo is believed to be the son of prominent FSB commander Alexei Zhalo, whose departments have been linked to numerous assassination attempts
