Separatist media claimed that Ukrainian troops fired on an Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) drone at Novozvanovka.
Lugansk official media said that Ukrainian EW units were jamming an OSCE drone over Schastye and Luhanskoye, they say, to prevent discovery of Ukrainian heavy equipment in the area.
