I’d vote for Khalifa Haftar if I could, but Saif al-Islam Gadaffi is probably less polarizing. Even if he does look silly wrapped in all that brown fabric, and with a greying beard to boot. |

| #1 The Islamists apparently chose not to put forward Dbeibah or another candidate. The Muslim Brotherhood supported President of the Tripoli High Council of State Khalid Al-Mishri, but they appear to have backed off. Thus,, one can assume that the Islamists haven't much confidence in their ability to win an open election. |
