Since Biden will not acknowledge Tesla existing or Musk for that matter... stuff like this gets going.

#14  Saw some Kenyans on tv swapping motorbike batteries, Chinese doing cars, and Bolivians (or whatever) doing paleta trikes or something. All earnestly presented as viable businesses. Exhausted sigh. First thought re racing was "underway battery swaps." Add guns and lasers and EMP and AI and... I'd watch that.

#13  EV race cars' crash fires will be spectacular and with no way to put them out.

#12  Ahhh.. now I get it.. Each EV will have to tow a coal-fired generator.

#11  LOL who is going to tow that many?

#9  Think Extension Cords. It is, of course, an oval track right?

Or think Bumper Cars...

#8  /\ They don't require oil & filter changes.

Extent my knowledge.

#7   The half hour pit stops will make for very exciting races.

Can they not just switch out for a charged battery? I don’t know anything about electric vehicles, I’m afraid, but if seems the kind of thing a clever mechanic could design, if the original plans did not allow it.

#6  Are there a million electric vehicles within charging range distance of DC?

#4  When will NASCAR race EVs? I think that would be interesting.

#3  Well you would expect an alien to build better spaceships than cars....

Question: Since a vast majority of EV's can't do a 250 mile round trip without a recharge. How is just a few 1,000 EV's in DC at one time, going to get recharged to get home? Because there are only 746 electric vehicle charging stations within a 30 mile radius of Washington, DC 20260.

So how many portable fossil fuel Generators will be needed to pull this 1,000,000 March off in DC.

Thinking Electric Vehicle (EV)?
Ask any Fireman that has had to put out a EV fire.
