| CLE: Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals drop mandate after federal court order |

| [IdeaStream] Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals have reversed their employee COVID-19 vaccination mandates and will allow unvaccinated caregivers to keep their jobs after the federal order was blocked earlier this week by the courts, officials said in statements Thursday. Both Cleveland Clinic and UH previously announced they would comply with the new federal rule that requires health care facilities to mandate vaccinations or risk losing their Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) funding. In a statement, UH officials say they changed course “in light of the federal court injunction issued Nov. 30 that temporarily blocks CMS from enforcing the mandate." “Come Jan. 4, unless there is further legal action, caregivers may continue to provide patient care services regardless of their vaccination status,” UH officials said in the statement. Would the dollar retain its strength and stability? Would our investments be safe? How would the US military operate in a new Federal State Union? Yes, ah'm cereal.... I just don't want my family to live with and suffer the tyrannical rule of these assholes any longer... |

| #1 LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Lee Health confirmed they are holding off on enforcing its vaccine mandate for employees. Officials with the local health system said in the last hour, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said it will not enforce vaccine mandates. The announcement from CMS was made Thursday afternoon. |
