2021-12-05
[GEO.TV] The State Bank of Pakistain on Saturday received a much-awaited $3 billion deposit from Saudi Fund for Development.Taking to official Twitter handle, Adviser to Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin announced: "Good news, $3 billion Saudi deposit received by SBP."

The PM's aide acknowledged the support provided by Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
and wrote: "I want to thank Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the kind gesture."

On November 29, the central bank of Pakistain and the Saudi Fund for Development signed a deposit agreement for funds worth $3 billion.

According to a joint statement, under this deposit agreement, SFD shall park $3 billion in the SBP. "The deposit amount under the agreement shall become part of SBP’s foreign exchange reserves," it had said.

#2  The Saudis have been giving them money for a long time, getting soldiers and hunting endangered species in return. I’d assumed they own some of the original crop of nuclear bombs, too.
