[NewsFrontInfo] Formations and military units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Russia in 2022 will receive more than 400 units of armored vehicles. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, reports TASS.
"In 2022, more than 400 units of armored vehicles are planned to be delivered to the formations and military units of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation," the Defense Ministry said.
The ground forces will be transferred to modern and modernized models of armored vehicles, which have been repeatedly tested in different climatic conditions. Among them will be modern T-72B3M, T-80BVM, T-90M tanks, BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles, modernized BMP-2 with a Berezhok fighting compartment, and BTR-82A armored personnel carriers.
