Either way, Judiciary Chairman Dick Durbin, D-Ill. and ranking minority member Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, will meet with Biden at White House today to go over potential nominees for the grilling seat.

Note, CNN likes the odds of:
DC Circuit Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson,
California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger,
and South Carolina US District Court Judge J. Michelle Childs.

BTW: Remember the media and Odd's makers got Kavanaugh's outcome wrong several times before the final round.

#1  ...I'm going with Judge Childs - she's REP James Clyburn's personal pick. He's the next Congresscritter over from my district; and it's generally accepted that his efforts to save Biden in the 2020 SC primary may well have saved his campaign. If Biden wants to nominate somebody else, that's fine...but REP Clyburn is one of those fellas with a loooooooooooooooong memory.
