- According to the NY Supreme Court, the Chinese billionaire, a fugitive from the US government, hid billions of dollars' worth of assets on the $28million vessel
- Multiple restraining orders had barred Guo, 51, from relocating or selling the boat or any other assets, a stipulation he ignored by hiding it in the Bahamas
- Guo is required to pay the $134m within five days, or risk arrest, the court says
