| #1 The IAEa is incapable of enforcing even plain vanilla inspections. And the parties involved, except for the US Senate and Israel, don’t want to enforce anything — they just want a piece of paper that says Peace in our Time, so they can get to the champagne toasts stage of the proceedings before moving on to activities that don’t involve pretending to care about that shitty little country, Israel. |
