| #7 1) Russian tank that ran over a civilian car in Kyiv was a Strela-10 Ukrainian air defense system. NOT Russian. A longer video shows it was part of an infiltration unit. The Anti-aircraft gun truck with the armored Strela carrier was under small arms attack at the time and the 2 occupants killed. It was shear petty meanness that the armored Strela carrier run over the car and old man driving (he lived). Don't know the ultimate fate of the Strela carrier. |
