Jim Dore: ‘Progressives’ Embrace War As Conservatives Choose Peace
2022-03-11
[YouTube]

When pressed by reporter Max Blumenthal, California’s Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna expressed support for sending arms and volunteers to Ukraine, describing the conflict as a “just war,” as well as sanctions on Russian oil. Meanwhile, Kentucky Republican Thomas Massie expressed skepticism about the value of sanctions, suggesting that Russia will still be able to sell oil on the open market but that the US economy will suffer from not being able to import other Russian goods.

Jimmy and American comedian Kurt Metzger discuss this curious role reversal between progressive and conservative Congressional representatives.

#13  Well, bitch set him up for blame on the Mig/Lease debacle.

Should have seen my feeds from 20 year anti-war activism spit on their hands, hoist the blue and gold, and basically go "Yeah, and if a few nukes go off, I have preps and know the local fallout shelter location." Like snap your fingers quick all-in.

#9  Putin and Xi should each dispatch their finest, with cO2 dart guns and polonium tea sachets and Havana Ray guns and athletic shapely femme fatales, to rid the world of this benevolent angel investor in the forces of chaos.

#8  #6 Soros is trying to manipulate the markets again like did with the Bank of England and sterling in the 1990s

#7  This was the natural state of affairs. Republicans love a powerful military but don't like involvement in other countries.

I think the Vietnam war, and communist money into the peace movement temporarily changed things for Democrats. Fall of the Soviets changed things for the Republicans. Now things are returning to normal.

Yup. And now Soros is blaming Xi as well.

#1  War will result in stringent measures at home. Stringent measures include travel restrictions, martial law, many ATM's out of order, food and gas rationing, news sensor measures, postponement of elections, duck and cover drills.... etc.

Russia blamed. Fauci, Hunter, Clintons, many in Congress AWOL... whereabouts unknown. Zurich's Kloten Airport packed with private and contract jets.
