This information was posted this week. I played my small part by telling him Thailand lifted restrictions and Vietnam quickly followed. My friend was in security during the Vietnam war. Spook stuff I believe. I must add Vietnamese prefer Americans to Chinese. Seems Americans are truly welcomed. |
