According to him, the movement of Ukrainian fighters to residential areas slows down the advance of the LPR forces.
“This is due, first of all, to the fact that we are trying to save the lives of our civilians and cannot afford to randomly shoot at residential areas, therefore enemy firing points are identified, accurately, purposefully and systematically destroyed.
