(ISIS) members in Erbil, a day after other ISIS suspects plotting a suicide kaboom were arrested in Kirkuk.
The statement did not specify the conditions under which the two men were arrested, only mentioning that they were "active members of ISIS" and wanted by the Iraqi counter-terrorism service (CTS).
On the request of the Iraqi CTS, the two arrestees were turned over to their department, according to the statement.

Several other ISIS suspects, including a health worker, were arrested in Kirkuk in December.
In its propaganda magazine on Thursday, ISIS claimed to have conducted 14 attacks in Iraq from March 3 to March 9, killing and injuring 11 people.
