Eastern Military District commander Colonel-General Alexander Chayko allegedly flew into Kyiv Oblast

The Russian forces NW of Kyiv are mostly from the Eastern Military District and Chayko is likely in charge of attempting to encircle Kyiv from the west. Those forces are not having much success, so I wouldn't be surprised if Chayko felt the need to be more hands-on. https://t.co/bMaJpFgkV1
