| #1 Personally, I still support the way it was handled back in my generation when there were no if's and or buts and there was a 100% positive ID on the Murderer. On conviction, with an Execution date (Hanging or Fry'ing) with all appeals filed prior to it, and happening within 5 years or less. But given its an LSD stronghold state, it would not surprise me to hear the suspect is suing the police officer's family and city for Emotional Distress. |
