On Friday, an individual was shot dead by unidentified armed attackers in the western countryside of Daraa, south Syria. Odayy Taher Roba’i was shot dead by unidentified armed men in the village of Tel Shihab, local sources told North Press. “Roba’i was transferred to the National Hospital in Tafas town in the western countryside of Daraa where he succumbed to his injuries,” the sources added. “Roba’i, who hailed from Sahem al-Golan village in Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa, had previously operated within the ranks of the Islamic State Organization (ISIS),” the sources noted. “Roba’i stoped operating within ISIS ranks in 2016 and settled in Tel Shihab village.”
