On Saturday, a security source said members of ISIS kidnapped shepherds in the Makhmour district. The source told Shafaq News Agency, "Terrorists have kidnapped, at dawn today, two shepherds from Bir Mahidi area within Sarkaran district in Makhmour district and took them to their controlled areas in the mountains. |
