| #1 $9B in a $1.5T bill isn't much. I'm pretty sure there are other earmarks that weren't counted. But this was only the omnibus appropriations act. In the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act passed in Nov 2021, which was a $700B bill, had hundreds of earmarks also. |
