It is not Justice if the sentence is carried out 21 later.

Using the SC Prison cost to house, Guard, treat and feed an inmate of $12,336 to $21,000 per year (1991 to 2021). His 21 years in jail has cost the SC taxpayers close to $700,000.00

The bullets will be under $50.
