#9  A POS empty suit. He is not black, he is mullatto and why so many were fooled by him I cannot understand. Oh! he ran against McCain and Romney. A light goes on in my feeble brain.

#8  The problem with "content moderation" is who gets to do the moderating. Good luck if you trust Baraq to do it.

#7  “The First Amendment is a check on the power of the state. It doesn’t apply to private companies like Facebook and Twitter,” he said, calling for more “value judgements” on content moderation and censorship on social media.

Companies have the right to continue or cease business with clients they do or do not agree with morally. Interesting take.
(takes a bit of cake)

“Our brains aren’t accustomed to taking in this much information this fast, and a lot of us are experiencing overload,” he said.

Sorry your heads are full of bong water and box wine.

As the greatest lawyer since Cicero, could I ask what your opinion is on "In the Spirit of the Law"?

#6  ^ There's what's wrong with capitalism right there. Expecting value for your dollar is such a nazi / white supremacist stance.

#5  ^ Note the Yahoo headline seems like Obamas made the decision. Nope. Spotify thought the Zeros would be actually, ya know, doing something other than just getting paid. Big Mike apparently refused to do work, like actual podcasts.

So it is OK to censor, delete or ban commentary when a Social MEDIA Company supports a different Political Agenda or Party?

OK then, that company/owners should be required to register as a Official Campaign Contributor and follow the Regulations.

Also, by taking sides the Social MEDIA companies are no longer protected by the 1st either, as they are politically aligned,by publishing and controlling commentary to meet their agenda.

#3  Obamas leaving Spotify, exploring other options for new podcast deal
(Somebody figured out the Zeros are lazy grifters)

"Former President Obama and his wife Michelle Obama’s production company, Higher Ground, is ending its deal with streaming platform Spotify and reportedly exploring other options for a new podcast deal.

In a statement on Thursday, an Spotify spokesperson told The Hill that it has declined to extend its deal with the production company but said its content “i s expected to remain available on Spotify.”

The deal between High Ground and Spotify is expected to end this fall."

#2  I wonder what he will say if Musk is in control of Twitter?

#1  He's right. But they can't have their cake and eat it too - Section 230. They can't censor and at the same time claim protection from libel suits because they are not controlling content (censoring.)
