#10  The richest African American in the world!

The board had no choice. The offer was too good for them to be able to deny their fiduciary responsibility as board members to maximize shareholder returns. They would have gotten the pants sued off the board members personally had they not accepted the buyout.

#8  Remember when Musk was a God-Hero for Starlink's insertion into the Ukraine Theater, used thus for positioning, drones, artillery, and possibly utilized in the strike against Moskva, all while resisting electro-magnetic counter-measures?

#7  Musk has software people who most likely make the CTO at Twitter look like an ex-"journalist" trying to learn to code. I don't think there will be much of a problem.

IF we see the mass IT Staff resignations rumored in black channels around the NET. Where Social Media giants are said to be "Actively" seeking out just Twitter IT staff. In order to hamstring, Twitter's re-launch to allow EQUAL COMMENTARY and posting of ALL THE FACTS on positions.

Or the IT "Deadman Control Process Switch" hints and ing discussions on black channels with examples. Note:an IT Deadman Control Process Switch, is a Sleeping Beauty cron job process designed to wreak havoc, if a certain IT person does not log in at least once a month, and it is activated.

Needless to say.... It will get interesting.

#3  That's one thing I never understood about the platform - why would I want to "Read 700 replies"?

#2  ...For me, the funniest part is how quickly Twitter rolled over and said, "Write the check."

The Revolution took a distant second place to payday.
