| #6 Found out today people called up to assist supervision of very large transfer of military products to who knows where. Interstate heavy transport of military equipment. People retired FEMA in their 80's dispatched to one location that I am aware of. That location is Dulles international Airport for my contact Monday. Same person was dispatched Jan 6th and one other event he could not elaborate but I believe Ukraine related. All sorts of security equipment. They scan everything and they can see if you wear underwear or not. Sign of our times. |

| #2 Truth is, Russia has always sucked at logistics. In the days of the USSR, massive amounts of food 'got lost' or spoiled because it couldn't get to where it needed to be. Part of that is caused by lack of transport, part of it is the natural xenophobia Russians have towards anybody "not from around here". |
