#3  Fires happen. Just like with the "food processing plant fires" and "epidemic of black church fires" in the US, people try to make sense out of randomness and just end up making up garbage.

#2  Every country has its saboteurs. Then copycats. I see it as a breakdown in social order. See this in our cities today. Here it can only increase. No family, no faith, just a bunch of homeless street people. Solution then is what they do to children now, drug-em.
