  • Chasten scolded that Zakari's writing was 'wildly inappropriate.' The Washington Post has since removed the mention of pronouns from the column headline

#5  ^ Exactly. There was a trans-man nurse in my house this morning to check on a family member who has Covid. (He's fine BTW.) But the Democratic Party isn't the party of trans nurses... or auto-mechanics, bus drivers, delivery persons, waiters, or anything else useful.

It's the party of trans activists. And that's a profession of a different sort entirely.

#4  Even if they want to be known as the "party of building things" the work force will have to be 'diverse'. Personally I could care less if all the people on the job are Drag Queens. As long as the job gets done on time and on budget.
