How Mattis Betrayed His Fellow Marines at the Behest of the Deep State
2022-07-19
[AMERICANGREATNESS] My new book, A Few Bad Men, details the mendacity and mad dishonesty of retired Marine General James "Mad Dog" Mattis. The fact that it was written by a Marine once under his command, whom he betrayed for the sake of politics and getting to slap on another star, says volumes about this once-lionized figure.

It all goes back to an incident in Afghanistan in 2007, and the Court of Inquiry trial of innocent Marines that followed, which Mattis himself instigated.

Lt. Colonel Steve Morgan, USMC (retired) and jury member of the 2008 Marine Special Operations Command’s Court of Inquiry says in the foreword to A Few Bad Men, "This is a case of a perfect storm of toxic leadership."

#9  The editorial reviews at Amazon support my assumption - he was the commander of the unit set up by the Taliban and persecuted by the deep state.

#7  The author of the book is cited as a retired USMC Major.

I assumed he was involved in the incident he is writing about.

#6   Sounds more like a made up story by a writer who doesn't know anything related to Mattis.

#5  Sounds like Mattis was a great combat leader who was promoted into political levels of the Corps and found lacking.

#4  Just as you can bet soon after the media calls someone a "rising democrat star," they will have a scandal, you can bet soon after the media calls some military officer "the adult in the room," they will turn out to be a back-stabbing buffoon.

#3  Afghanistan initially was about making the Taliban 'share in the terrorists' fate.'

Then it became a mission to transfer danegeld to and serve a passive aggressive, hostile and evil nation known as liberated Afghanistan.

The Ukraine war is but one of the consequences of this insane display of masochistic submission.

I fear it won't be the last.

Nuts!

#2  My only measure of a tough talking officer is, how many hostiles he's killed by himself.
