  • The shootings happened just after 6 a.m. in multiple locations in the city of Langley and one location in Langley township

  • The gunman, who is in custody, was described as white with dark hair and wearing a brown Carhartt overalls with a blue and green camo T-shirt

  • Police believe that he was targeting homeless people in the city

On the other hand, you would have to be a pretty rough customer to be homeless in BC. That's not Venice Beach.
