Basurin refers to Lt. Col Eduard Basurin, who is chief spokesman for the Donetsk People's Republic Ministry of Defense.
4. That is, the path of prisoners of war from Azovstal to the Yelenovka colony was laid by the Ukrainian GRU, which first agreed on the terms of surrender, and then on where the prisoners of war would be kept and what guarantees of detention the DPR gives.

8. On July 29 (the day after the publication of the testimony of one of the captured Ukrainian nationalists about the involvement of Zelensky's entourage in issuing criminal orders to kill civilians), rockets from the recently delivered Western MLRS arrive very accurately at the same Yelenovka, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been shelling for several months. The Ukrainian GRU knows where the Ukrainian prisoners of war are.
Ukrainian GRU provides target designation for strikes and terrorist attacks.
