- Jaman said she 'heard a man's voice' and confronted the woman about whether or not she 'had a penis'
- She told the trans worker to 'get out' but staff said she was being discriminatory
- Police were called and took details of the incident in order to file a report
- Pool bosses say Jaman was barred due to several incidents, not just this one
