Fighting continues. This was announced on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine . The territories near Kodem, as well as Bakhmut, Soledar, Bilogorivka, and Zaytsevo, in the direction of Bakhmut, were shelled by the Russian occupiers with tanks, barrel and rocket artillery. The Rashists also launched a rocket attack on Kostyantynivka. In the same direction, the invaders tried to advance in the directions of Zaytsevo, Veselaya Dolyna and Bakhmut, but were unsuccessful and withdrew. The Ukrainian command added that Russia is strengthening the grouping of troops in the Donetsk direction. The transfer of parts of the Third Army Corps to the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhia and Kharkiv regions is also continuing. At the same time, the Russian Army continues to focus its efforts on establishing full control over the territory of Donetsk region, as well as maintaining the temporarily captured districts of Kherson, part of Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions. According to the General Staff, the situation at the front as of 6:00 p.m. on August 30 is as follows: --in Siversky , the Russians carried out artillery shelling in the areas of the settlements of Gremyach of Chernihiv Oblast and Novovasylivka, Bachivsk, Starykove, Pisky and Myropilske of Sumy Oblast; --in Slobozhansk , the occupiers are conducting combat operations to hold the occupied lines; --in the Kharkiv area, mortars, barrel and jet artillery shelled the districts of Dolyna, Adamivka, Kharkiv, Khreshtysh, Bayrak, Oleksandrivka, Mazanivka, Udyv, Borshcheva, Velika Komyshuvakha, Svitlychny, Kostyantynivka, and Ruska Lozova. Aviation was used to strike near Husarivka; --in Slovyansk , Rosarmy units continued shelling from barrel artillery and MLRS near Pryshyb, Husarivka, and Krasnopill. The occupiers also tried to advance in the direction of Shnurky, were hit by fire and retreated; in Donetsk , Russia is strengthening the grouping of troops in the Kurakhiv direction due to the regrouping of individual units from the Central Military District. Meanwhile, the Defense Forces of Ukraine are conducting positional battles to improve the tactical position along the contact line; --in Kramatorsk , rioters inflicted fire damage in the districts of Bogorodychny, Sloviansk, Hryhorivka, Spirny, Pereizny, and Vyimka. Russian aviation strikes were recorded near Hryhorivka and Pryshyb; --in Avdiivskyi , the occupiers carried out mortar and artillery attacks near Maryinka, Vesely, Opytny and Novomykhailivka. They tried to improve the tactical position in the directions of Opytny, Avdiyivka, Pervomaisky and Krasnohorivka with offensive and assault actions, but suffered significant losses and retreated; in Novopavlivskyi , the invaders shelled territories near Pavlivka, Prechistivka, Novoukrainka, and Novopol; in Zaporizhzhya , the enemy inflicted fire damage on objects in the areas of settlements of Novoprokopivka, Robotine, Chervone, Gulyaipole, Novoandriivka, Zaliznychne, Kopan, Zelene Pole, Poltavka, Mali Shcherbaki, Kamianske, Orihiv, Stepove and Olgivske. The Russian Air Force operated near Novodanilivka and Novosilka; --in Yuzhnobuzka , the Russians shelled the areas of Oleksandrivka, Novoselivka, Lyubomirivka, Stepova Dolyna, Novogrigorivka, Kiselyvka, Shiroke, Pervomaiske, Kalynivka, Andriivka, Lozovo, Shevchenkive, Bilousove, Zarichne, Knyazivka, Olgyne, and Zelenodolsk settlements. Enemies also carried out airstrikes near Andriyivka, Davydovo Brod, Osokorivka, and Potemkiny. The occupiers continue to destroy civilian objects in Mykolaiv with rocket attacks. At the same time, under the cover of the infrastructure of the nuclear power plant, Russian artillery intensified shelling of the areas of the settlements of Nikopol and Oleksiivka; the naval group of the Russian Federation in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas continues to carry out the tasks of reconnaissance and blocking of civilian shipping.
