| #4 UKRAINE made a great deal by investing a few $$ million on the Biden Family, it is getting $$$ BILLIONS in return. That's a fantastic ROI even by Wall St. standards But, a person has to wonder much of the $$$B is really being used for the War, and how much is finding its way to "other" uses? |

| #3 Would it be mean of me to ask for an accounting of the first $40 mm before we throw more money after it? Also, do we not have any pressing needs at home that $13.7B could take care of? |
