| #1 I doubt this is a refusal b LA and NYC. The Federal Govt collects a lot of data and some States and Cities are late every year. Also, some data collection is subject to multiple layers of review. Murder and Rape are among these because, for example, some deaths take quite a bit of time to figure out if they were a result of murder or accidental homicide or suicide or just an accident. |
