| #4 Oh, I don't know. Maybe if the Ukrainians would stop positioning artillery near train stations, schools, and shopping centers, then maybe a few less civilians (weren't those same civilians given AK-47s?) would get flattened. |

| #3 Bombing civilians didn't work for Hitler when he did it to Britain. I think there are lots of other examples to show that it tends to stiffen civilian resolve rather than demoralize. Putin was probably seriously pissed about the bridge to Crimea but he'd do better striking Ukrainian infrastructure than civilians. Could be that his aim just isn't all that great. |

| #1 ...what old is new again. [Seems rather quiet, you know, all those wretched people who screamed about Americans and their bombing of 'innocents' in Afghanistan and elsewhere. Americans have spent over 60 years to do pin point attacks on specific targets to reduce civilian casualties. When other don't even try, those voices go silent.] |
