2022-11-07
[IsraelTimes] Paleostinian factions have agreed to coordinate actions against Israel and were unconnected to the missiles, terror group says, after attack last week following Israeli elections

The Hamas, the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®, terror group that rules Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamaswith about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
arrested two people over firing rockets at Israel last week, a source in the Paleostinian enclave told AFP.

The Israel Defense Forces said rockets were launched Thursday from Gaza, the first such military action since three days of cross-border fighting in August.

The incident prompted Hamas’s internal security services to detain two people "directly related to the firing of four rockets," said a Hamas official who requested anonymity.

"The Paleostinian factions have nothing to do with these rockets, which are aimed at giving the occupation [Israel] an excuse for continuing the aggression," the source told AFP.

The rocket fire was not claimed by any of the armed factions operating in Gaza, which has been ruled by Hamas since 2007.

It came hours after former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu was declared the winner of the November 1 elections, and after an Islamic Jihad

Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. gunman was killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank.

The Hamas source did not detail the affiliation of those arrested, adding that the rockets fired were not loaded with explosives.

Paleostinian factions have an agreement to coordinate "any response to Israeli aggression," he told AFP.

#2  Hamas does arrest people for it from time to time, mossomo, to keep Israel from more enthusiastically raining punishment down on Hamas sites for not taking care of their reponsibility to keep the peace hudna. Hamas is the government, and like the Palestinian Authority in the West Bank has police as well as the usual terrorist military wing — though originally the personnel were inherited from the PA after the election Hamas won in 2006 or 2007.

Whether those arrested actually dunnit or are just the usual suspects is a different question.

#1  Is that a first, Palestinians arresting rocket teams?

I didnt know Hamas was into policing, arresting, and jailing.

Another tidbit of interest, "rockets fired were not loaded with explosives."
