#6  Mike Schmidt, the Multnomah County DA, is not far from another election, and will certainly face a recall petition before then. So he's decided on a radical course of action: Putting aside all his principles, he's going to prosecute criminals. It turns out that even Portlanders don't like being robbed and murdered. But everyone knows his heart just isn't in it.

#5  ^ Good question, but this mook is 33 and doesn't seem to jibe with Brett's ability to procreate:

Kimberlin was paroled in 1994, but his parole was revoked in 1997 for submitting a fraudulent mortgage loan application and for failure to pay a civil judgment to victims of the bombings. He completed his prison sentence in 2001.

#1  Now that the MID-terms are pretty much over and the only votes left to count are those they have not printed yet in Oregon.

It is safe to "APPEAR" to re-establish some realistic law and order.
