"On the basis of the National Defense Control Center, control over the supply of especially demanded weapons has been organized. The measures taken will ensure the fulfillment of the state defense order at a level of at least 99 percent," Shoigu stressed.
According to him, in 2023, taking into account the additional allocated budgetary funds, the amount of funding for the state defense order will increase by almost 1.5 times. This will make it possible to provide formations and military units with constant readiness for weapons and equipment at the level of 97 percent.
At the collegium of the Russian Ministry of Defense on November 30, Sergei Shoigu also noted that the foreign rocket and artillery systems used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are successfully hit by the Russian military during the NMD with the help of 203mm 2S7 Malka self-propelled artillery mounts and 300mm Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems.

It is also known that mass production of the Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile has already begun in Russia. According to the developers, the control system allows it to aim at a target even when it is hit by an anti-missile defense missile.
