This accomplishes absolutely nothing but to make them feel good about hitting out against The Jews. It’s interesting, though: looking at the votes and the totals, (see screenshot at the link) 87 nations voted yea, 26 nay, 53 formally abstained, and 27 did not show up to vote — an informal abstention. So Bibi in the quotes/article below is correct that while the haters won the vote, the yeas are actually definitely in the minority. But all those Abraham Accord and others from the Moslem world seeking or flirting with accords with Israel also voted for the bloody thing, suggesting even greater weakness among the anti-Israel party at the UN than is apparent from the nimbers.
