- President Joe Biden's immigration plan will allow 30,000 Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, Haitians and Cubans into the U.S. per month
- They must, however, register their asylum claims using an app and then approach a U.S. port of entry, including airports
- Biden said that Mexico will allow for just as many migrants to be 'rapidly' expelled if they cross the U.S.-Mexico border illegally
- In a speech Thursday from the Roosevelt Room outlining the plan, Biden also confirmed he would be traveling to El Paso, Texas on Sunday
