Why Was Hunter Paying Joe Biden $50k Per Month To Rent House Where Classified Documents Found?
2023-01-16
[ZERO] "The now-52-year-old began listing the Wilmington home as his address following his 2017 divorce from ex-wife Kathleen Buhle — even falsely claiming he owned the property on a July 2018 background check form as part of a rental application," the Post reported.

Of note, this is the same house where classified documents were found.

Yet, upon closer inspection, Hunter lists the "Monthly Rent" as $49,910 - or roughly $550,000 for the 11 months he indicated he lived there?
Nothing yet on the classified document's subject matter, originators, or publication dates I take it ?

#12  Realistically, Hunter should consider buying a property instead of paying that level of rent. That will give him better cash flow for tax payment, child support, art supplies and miscellaneous pharmaceuticals. He could also have one heck of party when Joe returns his security deposit.

#11  You'd think Hunter and Joe would put more effort into getting their stories straight but then, you have a crack head on the one hand and an old fool suffering from dementia on the other. The cracks in the wall are getting bigger.

#9  Is there any evidence that Hunter paid that amount?

Well, if he didn't pay it, that's a fraudulent tax filing right there, isn't it?

Neat way to convert illegal $$$$$ into pocket $$$$ and/or campaign funding.

#5  This approaches the limits of the comedy of farce.

#4  /\ Hunter already had the expensive oils laundering scheme in process. Besides, Joe could have never handled easels or palettes. The home lease option was about all that remained.

#3  Money laundering. How do you think that 10% is transferred?

#2  Guess he didn't.

It should be noted Joe Biden’s 2017 tax return on Schedule E only listed $19,800 in “rents received.” In 2018, Biden listed no rents received.

#1  Sure hope Joe claimed all of that "rent money" as income. Someone really should have a look.

Ten percent of something was it ?
