Who is Boris Rozhin? Outside of the Russian ministry of defense and the ministries of defense of Luganks and Donetsk, Rozhin is perhaps the most knowledgeable about what is happening on the Russian side.
I post his posts all the time because he is plugged in to the Russian military side. In my mind, he is a valuable asset for such knowledge.

I could not find his entry in the Ukrainian president's decree dated January 15, 2023, but I am told it is there.
